Give Without Losing Yourself
Women are often the steady givers – at home, at work, in friendships, and in community. We give time, energy, care, ideas, emotional labour, and support. But somewhere along the way, giving can start to feel heavy. It can feel expected. Automatic. Even draining.
This Women’s Day, we are creating space for a different kind of conversation – one that honours generosity without glorifying self-sacrifice.
Give Without Losing Yourself is a thoughtful and empowering workshop + panel discussion designed to help you explore how to give from fullness rather than obligation, and how to set boundaries without guilt or resentment.
What We’ll Explore Together
- How to give from genuine desire instead of pressure
- Why resentment is a signal – not a failure
- How to recognise when you’re overextending yourself
- How to say “no” with clarity, kindness, and confidence
- How to choose generosity without self-abandonment
- Practical language you can use in real-life situations
Through guided reflection, shared dialogue, and a powerful panel conversation, you’ll gain insight, tools, and language that help you show up generously – without losing yourself in the process.
