Sarah discovered that after returning to work as a new mom, there were more challenges than she expected. It took her a long time to find her way. But it also made her realise that more support is needed for working parents. Her organization fills this gap and is able to support both families and companies that employ parents. The aim is to normalise being your real self at work while making work a family friendly workplace.
